🏃‍♂️ The SNFCC Running Team welcomes everyone who wants to incorporate running into their daily routine, regardless of fitness level.

Through structured training sessions, participants improve their endurance and technique, enhance their physical condition, and cultivate consistency and teamwork through group exercise. 💪

 

The training schedule includes:

  • Every Tuesday | Interval & HIIT Training | 7:30–9:00 PM
  • Every Thursday | Tempo Run | 7:30–9:00 PM
  • Every Saturday | Long Run | 8:30–10:00 AM
