The most intoxicating souvenir from my visit to Amorgos wasn’t the “roasted” raki I brought back to the capital, but the interaction with the people staffing the Mobile Medical Units. These are the ones who take to the sea or the roads for the good of our fellow humans, who are sometimes invisible to the state.
